Current Drink Obsession

Lime Polar seltzer with a splash of Fresca, frozen grapes, and fresh lime. It’s cold, refreshing, and somehow tastes like summer without being overly sweet.

I’ve been trying to drink more water lately, so this has been a fun way to keep things feeling fresh and a little more exciting. Favorite Local Spot

The Rail Trail in West Boylston has always been one of my favorite places to clear my head, get outside, and unplug for a little while. It’s such a beautiful trail with tons of shade from the trees, which makes it perfect for warmer days. You can walk, run, or bike it, and it’s one of those spots that instantly feels calming the second you get there.

Fun fact: spending time outside actually helps improve your eyesight and eye health because natural sunlight helps your eyes focus at different distances throughout the day. Studies have even shown that people who spend more time outdoors may lower their risk of developing nearsightedness over time, which I thought was pretty interesting.

Current Skincare Favorite

One product I’m really excited about right now is the new Guinot Hydrazone Gel Cream. It’s lightweight, cooling, super hydrating, and feels amazing after being outside in the sun or heat. I love that it gives hydration without feeling heavy or greasy, especially going into summer when my skin tends to feel more sensitive and dehydrated.

Current Summer Scent

I’ve been trying out a few new lines lately and one scent I’ve absolutely fallen in love with is Coastal by True Ocean. I’ve been wearing it nonstop the past few weeks and finally decided I need to bring it into the shop because it’s just that good.

Kitchen Find I’m Weirdly Excited About

This may seem silly to be excited about, but I absolutely love this magnetic knife set I recently got for the kitchen. It takes up way less room on my counters, looks so much cleaner, and honestly just makes cooking feel easier and more organized.

I cook a lot year-round, but especially during the summer when everything feels lighter and fresher, so I love having everything lined up neatly and easy to grab while I’m cooking.

Sometimes it really is the little things that make everyday life feel better ☀️

Smoked Salmon Avocado Wraps

I’ve been making these a lot lately because they’re fresh, filling, easy, and perfect for warmer weather.

I usually start by warming the Sea Weed wrap with a little warm rice first because it softens the wrap and makes everything taste even better. Then I add cucumber spears, avocado, and the salmon.

For the salmon, I glaze it lightly with honey, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. I actually prefer to saute my salmon rather than bake it, but do whatever your preference is. I also add a little hot chili pepper because I love heat, but you definitely don’t have to if you prefer it more mild.

It’s one of those meals that somehow feels healthy, refreshing, and comforting all at the same time ☀️
